You can reserve a parking space by booking it in advance.

1. Open the Gaiyo app and go to the parking widget via the dashboard.
Then go to “Parking service” and click on “Plan your parking space for later”.

2. Enter the city or your location in the area where you would like to park under “Where would you like to park?”.
Then, under “parking period,” indicate how long you would like to reserve the parking space.

3. Please indicate whether you wish to make a reservation via your personal account or your business account.

4. Select the parking garage or parking space that suits you best and click on “Book”.

5. You will now see an overview of the details and costs. You can adjust the time if necessary. Please note: enter the correct license plate number if you have entered multiple license plate numbers in Gaiyo.

6. Click on “Confirm” to start the reservation.

7. You can always find a current parking session in the Gaiyo dashboard. At the top of the dashboard, you will see the current session with a “P” next to it, indicating that your car is parked and a parking session is active. Tap here and then tap the blue button at the bottom to end the parking session.
